She Is Kingdom She Is M.I.S.S. is a faith-based, philanthropic organization dedicated to empowering Christian girls and women of color to walk boldly in purpose as servant-leaders, philanthropists, and Kingdom changemakers.

Our mission is to develop spiritually grounded, socially responsible leaders through faith-based programming, community outreach, volunteer engagement, and leadership development. We create safe, uplifting spaces for girls and women to grow in their identity, deepen their faith, and activate their influence as philanthropic pillars throughout their communities.

We proudly affirm each member as a M.I.S.S.–Motivational, Inspirational, Sucessful, and Spirit-Led-equipping them to become confident leaders who serve their communities and transform the world around them with purpose and compassion.

We offer a transformative and empowering community specifically designed for Christian girls and women of color. Within this sisterhood, members are encouraged and equipped to:

Our Founder

A graduate of DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, where she finished in the top 15% of her class, Alexandria is also a proud Social Impact Incubator graduate with the DePaul Coleman of Entrepreneurship Center, ForbesBLK member and a BWPL 40 Under 40 honoree. She has made her mark as a philanthropic leader in the Chicago nonprofit sector and now holds the title of Ms. Woman Illinois United States 2025.

Her work as a venture philanthropist, community advocate, and Kingdom changemaker reflects a lifelong commitment to meaningful impact. Alexandria has:

Partnered with philanthropic organizations to provide grants to grassroots nonprofits
Planned fundraising events that support mentorship and programming for women, girls, and K–12 youth
Volunteered with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, helping to grant life-changing wishes for children battling critical illnesses
Raised funds for pediatric brain tumor research as a member of the Young Associates Board at Lurie Children’s Hospital
Moderated virtual panels through the Philanthropy Club of Illinois, creating pathways for nonprofit and corporate leaders to access knowledge, strategic connections, and funding opportunities

Through every endeavor, Alexandria leads with faith, compassion, and purpose. She Is Kingdom She Is M.I.S.S. was born from that calling—to create a movement where Christian women and girls of color are empowered to be Motivational, Inspirational, Successful, and Spirit-Led (M.I.S.S.) leaders, equipped to transform their communities and the world.

In 2023, Alexandria Walker founded She Is Kingdom | She Is M.I.S.S., a purpose-driven organization created to serve as a vital pathway for Christian women and girls of color to rise as faith-led leaders, philanthropists, and changemakers. The organization provides a supportive community where members can grow spiritually, develop as leaders, and create meaningful impact through service.

Alexandria is a respected social impact leader deeply rooted in her Christian faith. At the age of 18, she experienced a profound spiritual moment—a gentle whisper of the word “M.I.S.S.”—a divine revelation that ignited her purpose and planted the seed for what would eventually become this movement.
